this design consists of apartments of different sizes, aggregated to form this stacked design. being in the heart of tanjong pagar, it also serves as a space for pedestrians to pass through. hence, community spaces on the first floor like a function room, a cafe and a restaurant, are implemented to allow interaction between residents and the public, forming a small community feeling in this space. 
each apartment unit is of a different layout, allowing for a mix of different types of residents in this complex. each floor also has its own central zone, where neighbors can interact amongst each other freely. private amenities like a gym and roof terrace are located on the upper floors, ensuring that it is only used by residents.
