woodland retreat
year 2 semester 2 - tp
interior building systems

the woodland retreat bathroom is designed to create an uplifting and clean ambience. it uses light wood tones and bright colours to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. the walls are painted in a soft shade of white, and the toilet stalls have doors cladded with light timber wood, providing a nice contrast to the white walls. the light grey marble countertops and porcelain sinks add to the clean finish.

the bathroom incorporates light wood tones throughout the space, adding a touch of nature and warmth. the floors are made of light coloured honeycomb pattern tiles, creating a cohesive and calming look that feels natural and harmonious. greenery is also incorporated into the space, with potted plants dotted strategically throughout the bathroom, adding to the aesthetic, as well as helping to purify the air and create a more relaxed environment.

overall, the combination of light wood tones, bright colours and greenery creates an inviting and uplifting atmosphere in this public bathroom. the design and decor of the space are well thought out and work together to create a cohesive and harmonious environment that feels clean, fresh, and natural. this design will greatly impact the user's mood and experience, even in a space as utilitarian as a public bathroom.
